James Lili'i
James started in fine dining restaurants at the of age of 16 and worked his way up to 4 and 5 star hotels. Working in operations and management he has experienced both perspectives and knows it's in the details.
Most recently James has worked with several hotels designing tools and branded collateral for their guest relations teams. Up until last year he was the lead concierge at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills for since 2000.
Scott McIntosh
Scott's passion is the hospitality business and he has worked within the industry for over 25 years, With experience spanning both the world of luxury hotels as well as high end medical facilities.
Most recently Scott was the Assistant Chief Concierge at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills for nearly 10 years. Prior to that he worked as the Operations Concierge for esteemed opthalmologist Dr.Robert Maloney
